Bipolar Disorder and Mood Tracker Apps

Jessica Gimeno (me!) in video talking about apps for bipolar disorder, the benefits of mood trackers, and how they work

With World Bipolar Day coming, I wanted to do a video on mood tracker apps. After polling my followers on Twitter about what they wanted my latest video to be (as it relates to bipolar disorder), we had a tie: mood tracker apps and bipolar disorder & sleep. (Stay tuned! I’ll be doing a video on that next!) In this video, I talk about how mood charts work (many people don’t know about this underrated tool in managing bipolar disorder), and how the two apps in the video (Daylio and eMoods Tracker) help me manage my bipolar 2. I also discuss a few insomnia apps. Like the video? Hit Subscribe and share it! xoxo
