I’m Back; Self-Care/Grief
On another note, I know I haven’t made a post since February. I needed time for self-care. I last wrote about my grief in losing one of my longtime Fashionably ill readers here; she died of autoimmune complications. After that, I lost one of my good friends from college. I needed time to grieve what while also keeping up with writing for my book and preparing my kids for the State Championship. I coach high school debate. (Now, the championship is over.) So I am getting back into blogging. Some of you sent me condolences after my reader passed away. Thank you!

Congrats! One of the best TED talks about depression, effective and motivational. I’m in depression and your video inspired me to be more proactive about this situation. You’re admirable, I want to be confident as you! I also like your texts, I have many tabs of your blog opened here. 🙂
Thank you very much for sharing your condition and how you deal with it.
