I’ll Be Back; #HAWMC
I’ll be back soon. I have been doing #HAWMC prompts everyday this month–answering a new question from WEGO Health. Even without the challenge, I typically like to do 2-3 articles per week. However, a few days ago I was asked to give a TEDx mental health talk next month. I’m very excited to speak. I’ll be talking about how to get stuff done when you’re depressed. But that means I need to finish writing the speech. The old me would have driven myself crazy trying to write the speech and do my daily blogging. But I’m learning about self-care and that I can’t do everything. Anyway, I’ll be back ASAP.

I really love the Ted Talks, have recently found them on Netflix. How do I practice self care? Well, by creating “My time” I have a weight loss goal for instance, so my workout time I try to push everything else to the side for, as that’s really important to me. Sometimes people don’t really seem understand that. (can’t you just skip it?) NOPE
I get a lot of thinking done during that time also.
