My TEDx Talk is Here!

On May 28, 2015, I gave a TEDx Talk at the National Museum of Mexican Art called, “How To Get Stuff Done When You Are Depressed.”  The talk has just been uploaded.  You can watch it here.  I’d also like your support–please “like” the video (click on the thumbs up on YouTube beneath the video).  Videos with more likes are more visible when people search for subjects (example, YouTube videos on depression).  Please share and like!

But wait there’s more!  In my TED Talk, I focused on 3 principles for being productive.  But, in my free Depression Tool Kit, you’ll find:

  • 10 strategies for getting stuff done when you’re depressed
  • 4 Scripts for explaining your depression or bipolar disorder to loved ones, professors, and employersThe scripts helps you advocate for yourself and navigate sticky conversations.  You can subscribe here at www.fashionablyillgift.com.
